These terms apply when Delta Hydro Engineers (Pty) Ltd provides professional engineering consulting services pursuant to a written proposal or agreement.
Scope
Services are limited to the agreed scope, assumptions, and deliverables. Out-of-scope requests may require a change order.
Reliance
Reports and advice are prepared for the named client and intended use. Third-party reliance requires our prior written consent.
Fees & payment
Fees, milestones, and VAT treatment are as agreed in the proposal. Late payment may attract interest as permitted by law.
Liability
Liability is limited to professional indemnity arrangements and applicable law. No guarantee is given as to regulatory approval outcomes.
