Flood Risk Intelligence
Insurance Risk Platform
A subscription platform consolidating our hazard layers, portfolio exposure, property scoring, and post-event tooling for ongoing insurer use. In development — register interest.
Who it's for
Insurers and reinsurers interested in replacing per-engagement flood work with an always-on subscription view of portfolio risk.
Coverage today
The platform is under active development. No public beta is open; there is no demo login and no dashboard to try. We are taking structured input from prospective design partners.
What we are building
A single subscription product that consolidates the capabilities we deliver today as services:
- Flood hazard mapping — hazard layers refreshed on a published cadence.
- Portfolio exposure quantification — portfolio runs against the latest layers, without a new engagement per iteration.
- Property-level flood risk scoring — scored lookups via UI and API.
- Post-event loss modelling — footprints and loss estimates delivered through the same platform during events.
The platform will carry the same honesty conventions as our services: coverage status surfaced per region, methodology traceable, no black-box scores.
Status
In development. We have not yet published a public beta, there is no login, and we are not running a waiting-list demo day. Today all the capabilities above are delivered as expert-led engagements — those do not change while the platform matures.
What you can do now
- Register interest for platform updates — occasional emails, no marketing flood.
- Shape the roadmap as a design partner: bring the portfolio and question you care about and we will scope an engagement that informs platform priorities.
- Use the services today and migrate to platform consumption when it is live.
What this is not
We are not selling platform access that does not exist. There is no demo login, no sandbox, and no “early access” tier. Everything called a “platform feature” on this page is a roadmap item; everything we can deliver now is a service engagement, visible on the other Flood Risk Intelligence pages.
For anything live today, see the existing offerings linked above. For updates on this platform as it develops, use the Register interest link.
